Midwest Dance Conservatory's Company Program is designed to enhance and support our Conservatory Core Curriculum while preparing dancers for a wide range of performance, convention, and competitive opportunities throughout the season. Our dancers are known for their strong technical training, versatility, artistry, and performances that consistently stand out on stage, while providing skills, lessons, and memories that our dancers carry with them for life.

MDC proudly competes and trains at some of the industry's most recognized events, including New York City Dance Alliance, NUVO Dance Convention, Universal Ballet Competition, and more, giving dancers valuable performance experience while learning from leading professionals in the dance industry. Company members also have the opportunity to work closely with Choreographer in residence Jesssica Brewster, alongside guest choreographers Braeden Barnes and Abbey Thornton, exposing dancers to a variety of creative styles and professional influences.

Beyond awards and titles, Midwest Dance Conservatory places a strong emphasis on creating a supportive and inspiring environment where dancers can grow both technically and personally. We value teamwork, discipline, and confidence.
